"Snout to Worry About" is my response to my final brief at University. The brief is a self initiated creative project. I wrote the story before coming to university and so I could crack on with the illustrations straight away. However thanks to my research from my previous "Visual Narrative" project my new style was realised and I had a process of drawing sketches, developing them with ink brushes, then scanning them into Procreate to add colour. This meant I could delve straight into experimentation. I rolled rolling pins through ink, created paper models to understand the lighting of a scene and printed ink using scraps of old wood.
